How do I wash and care for my socks?
To best preserve the color, quality and lifespan of your Sock Candy socks, turn the socks inside out and wash in cold water.
Our socks will last longer if hang dried. If you must use the dryer for the cotton socks, please use the tumble dry low setting. Sheer socks should not be tumbled dried.
Avoid bleaching and ironing the socks.
How does your sizing work?
One Size Fits Most.
For cotton socks: recommended for women’s US shoe size 5-9. Our cotton socks have enough stretch to fit up to size 10, but may be slightly off the heel.
For sheer socks, recommended for women’s US shoe size 5-8.5. Our sheer socks have enough stretch to fit up to size 9.
Where are your products made?
Our socks are designed in New York and made in China. Do the socks come with gift packaging?
Every Sock Candy order comes with a custom pink and orange mailer box, tissue paper, candy, and a gift message that can be mailed directly to the recipient. For example, if your order contains 3 pairs of socks, all 3 pairs will be put into one mailer box to be mailed to you/your recipient.
If you would like an individual mailer box per pair/recipient, please place separate orders so we know to separate the socks into individual boxes.
Please note our socks come directly in the pink and orange mailer box - this is a mailer box with the shipping label affixed to it, not a gift box within a mailing box. Thus for gifting, we recommend shipping directly to your recipient so they can enjoy the full experience of opening a Sock Candy package.

When should I expect my order to be shipped?
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your order. The founder herself packages and ships every order.
Please confirm your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Sock Candy is not responsible for rerouting your packages and cannot refund your order due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Once your order is processed, standard USPS first-class mail shipping is 10-20 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note there are currently delays due to COVID-19 - some packages can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $25.
For international orders to the UK and Canada, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. Currently for international orders outside of the UK and Canada, we do not offer free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please allow 6-8 weeks for international shipping depending on your country. Please note there are currently severe shipping delays due to COVID-19 and limited tracking available. Sock Candy is not responsible for fees charged by customs or international taxes. We offer free international shipping to the UK and Canada on orders over $100.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges for domestic orders within 10 days of when you receive your order. The socks must be unused, unwashed and in new condition with its original packaging.
For international orders, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
As soon as we receive your merchandise, we will exchange your item(s) or process your refund. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to process.
We do not take responsibility for any lost packages during return shipping.
All socks purchased on sale are final.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet our stated requirements.
How do I return/exchange a package?
Please email us at email@example.com and state your order number, which socks you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. We will respond with return/exchange instructions.
